1 year anniversary! Couldn't be happier!
Feel like I should treat myself to something but I have already spent way much on vaping! Plus I got some goodies from slowtech still waiting to be shipped.
Plans for the year ahead is to lower the nicotine level.
Also thank you to this friendly forum, I think I would still check on here daily even if i gave up vaping!

I'm 2.5 years today. Okay I was on/off vaping/stinkies for 3 months prior but I had a major bust up with a friend 3 days after hard core vaping. I'm doing a gradual reduction (I reduced too fast last year and ended up with some blips ) and it's going well and am very happy with my davide/protank kit (and micro coils) and also magneto which doesn't die on me like the vamo did.... Happy days

Two weeks and another weekend :-) Whoooooop.
And even more remarkable is... I started the weekend with £40 in my wallet and I'm finishing the weekend with £36 (£2 cat food, £2 newspapers). Compared to when I was smoking that is absolutely frigging fantastic ;-))

Really don't worry Fagsareus you'll get there. Took me 2.5 years to lose my taste for the stinkies and even then last night when stressed I could have so murdered a stinkie LOL

6 weeks today and not one stinky in sight Although it has grown to more of a hobby than a replacement Looking forward to later this week to start building coils and wicks and all that other stuff

i think the answer is if you take it up as a hobby it works it gets very very addictive in a good way, you save a little, your collection grows, and you stay off the fags yahoo job done or you just do it to quit smoking you dont invest into it you get board and go back on the fags i know it is not as clear cut as this but it seems that way to me there is always exception to the rules as well so there is no right or wrong so just keep vaping and hope we all get to where we want to be its working for me no fags since day 1

I think ronaldo it depends how much you spent on fags in the first place..... What's a price of tailor mades these days? £7? and if you smoke 40 a day that's £14 or £21 a day... You could get a mod for £21 or less. A load of goodies for a week (£140) worth of cigs if you were a 60 a day smoker and it still be fine... Reality (dare I say it) is in the tax. Currently e-cigs are taxed at VAT rates....cigs totally different... Of course it can be pricey at first finding the right clearo, the right battery, the right mod but still...all investments - you learn from everything you buy. Do you learn from every packet of tailor mades you buy? That is the question

Regal king size is £8.90 a packet and some very very good points there if every body spent there fag money on veping they would soon build up quite a collection
