Well done mart166, is that straight six or a V6, seriously it's good for all of us to be able to tell people I know a few vapers that have been at it for six years.

Thanks mate Yes I was one of the early ones, I think theres a few on here been at it longer. When I started it was cigalikes or trogs Screwdriver at £120 which seemed a bit excesive in those days, although thinking back it was good value when you were paying £25 for a pack of cigalike bats and more money for a personal charger because lifespan was about 30 mins of vaping and whole life of bat was a month if lucky, and only choice of forum was ECF, how things have moved on in 6 years, all for the better. MP I still have a Screwdriver; Had a lug on it only last week funnily enough. Must date from about 2009.

2 weeks today smoke free for me! Yay for me! ok...I know it's not very long but it's the first time I've ever actually managed to quit at all so am feeling terribly proud.
Got to say that vaping takes up a whole lot more of my life right now than smoking ever did; what with researching new shinies, making my own e juice and hanging out on here - and it's no doubt a very good thing as it keeps my mind and hands of the stinkies!
thanks for keeping me company guys, it would have been a tough 2 weeks without you as hubby is off on business travels right now and I work alone from home so it has really helped having this forum.

Well done dinks... going the first 24 hours is worthy of a 'pat on the back', so you're well on your way. Just keep a grip on your purse, don't go mad (this advice may differ from others on here!)

Finally made half a year ciggy free. Although gained 6 mods, 6 atties and nearly a 6 figure loss on my bank account. Maybe not quite that amount. Well that's what I tell OH who has also achieved the same milestone. Thanks for the help and encouragement. Now heading to the one year mark.
