I do cover one of them up but find it a bit of a PITA, I might try a little bit of super glue in one hole.

I use a VN from VapeEscape and I am slowly coming to the conclusion that anything that uses a wick to feed the liquid to the atty is never going to be trouble free technology.

Dave Kitson ( I think that's his name) used it on some gear (I forget which) and he was told that it has some dangerous chemical in it that you might be getting when inhaling. Not sure if there is any danger when filling an airhole, but I'd be a bit scared of trying it myself.

You get a nasty exothermic reaction when super glue comes into contact with cotton or wool!

I think the sleeves only fit the V5s, I don't have any earlier 3ml versions do I couldn't say. If there's a lip on the top and the bottom (on the metal not the tank) they possibly could fit earlier models. Maybe someone else has the definitive answer?
Super glue used to give of small amounts of cyanide when setting. As I would only putting a drop on the air-hole chances are it would be fine. The only real problem I could foresee would be washing it as super glue isn't waterproof. Mind you I'm slowly getting used to the draw now.
