One way to put a silica wick in a AGA-T: 1. The AGA-T broken down into it's constituent parts. (just for reference) 2. Line your top cap up with the main 3mm wickhole by sanding down the top cap if required: 3. Take a 9cm piece of 1mm & 2mm wick and roll some mesh tightly around the ends to make shoelace like aglets. (the mesh does not need to be oxidized. I am just using off cuts from wicks I made before). The mesh in the picture is longer but 90 mm (9 cm) will do. 4. Remove the filling hole screw and keep aside and use the mesh aglet and feed one end into the main wick hole. In the picture you will see that both ends have been fed into the tank but at this stage only do one end. (Sorry for the blurry pic-I was just testing to make sure you will be able to fill with the wicks in place.) 5. Make your coil using a sewing needle for support and once done, remove the filling screw on the other side and keep it safe and feed the other end of the wick into the filling hole. You can use buffer wicks at the point of coiling if you wish to. 6. It won't leak and you can test it. 7. Test fire it and once it's oktease the wick into the tank on the filling screw side with a small screwdriver as low as possible. This is important or the wick will struggle to wick if you cane it. 7. The vape: Fit your top cap and vape..You should get good flavour and vape out of it if done right. This is just one way..It's possible to also make a similar arrangement by only using the main wick hole. So play around with other configurations and it'll become more and more easier as you experiment. The advantage of this is you are using the main wick hole and lining up your airhole to support a wick and coil through this hole. So when it comes to trying out SS wicks you just need to change the wick.

Yes, just to make it easier to feed it in..If you can feed the wicks without them, that is fine too but the fill hole is only 2mm so might be harder to get 3mm of wick through it without the aglets.

Yeah flugelbinder .I think it was used in a film but it's not the correct term.
Aglet is the right word.
