I think that all their stock sold out on the 25th and these orders were dispatched on the 26th.  They supposedly restocked late on the 25th or early on the 26th but did they really have the physical stock or had they only a promise of stock to come from the manufacturer? (the way FT does it!)

Mine is doing the same FFS - tracking number doesn't exist. 

It may just be the "Sweden Post" aspect because when I entered the tracking number on the 17track site, it also said it couldn't find the number but had the country of origin as Sweden (?)

If you read the tracking message under you order details from then on VB site it gives this info, but very easily missed.

Been there, done that, and got nowhere  ...   "tracking number does not exist" ....  That tracking info was also on the dispatch email that they sent me

ionian Now you are asking, I got email day after I ordered. I chatted to them online and whoever it was said they would dispatch quickly and she would check it goes fast, and to their word it was shipped in the morning. I think it took 3 or 4 days to appear. Ordered 22nd and shipped 23rd. Data appeared 26th when I checked.

Ok, thanks Brambles. It'll be three working days for me on Monday so fingers crossed, but having waited over two weeks for my last FT order to show any tracking I can be a bit patient

Same for me. Ordered a polished one on the 25th , despatched 26th at 09.53. Tracking number doesn't exist.
