My last and only Box Mod build

[Super-Shiny]

As some of you maybe aware i don't make mods to sell anymore, that's why i requested that my mod status gets took away but i promised myself ages ago that when a good 510 connector comes out i will make myself a Box Mod that will beat everything i have ever made.

This Box Mod will be it, and before anyone asks it won't be for sale, it's for my personnel use (if i ever use it that is)

Chip:

YiHi SX350 Chip
5W-35W Variable Wattage (Soon to be upgraded to 50W via USB software update)
1.5V-9.5V Variable Voltage
Handles 0.2 ohm- 3.0 ohm Atomizer
Single Battery DC to DC Sustain Subohm 0.2 to 3.0 ohm VV/VW 5W to 30W 1.5V to 9.5V
Output Volt can be Increased or Decreased which is different from dna30
By-pass (direct connection) mode, if you choose this mode, can be used like mechanical mod
Gravity Sensor change the power automatically
Reverse polarity protection
0.66" OLED Screen
Upgradeable chip via USB

18mm Flat Vandal Proof Button

Height=100mm Width=50mm Depth=25mm

Powder coated with scratch resistance by these: Clicky

Well documented as always Super-Shiny.
You have just saved me form round 2 mod making, I was thinking maybe making a sx350 version of my DNA this autumn until I saw the width of the display (18.67 mm) and the board (19.9 mm) are too big for my box .

Just had a check myself as the box turned up today, phew it's a close fit, board is 19.90mm wide and i have 19.60mm wide space so a little shave inside the box and it can accommodate that extra .30

Glad u have just enough space, will u still have room for the screen?

The protective screen is going to be exactly the same size as the chip screen so yes.....funny part is even though the OLED is H=13.70mm W=18.67mm in size only about 75% of that is visible display, the other 25% is just tinted glass.

Think the visible part of the screen is H=10.06mm W=13.42mm

Cheers Super-Shiny, glad that will fit, so if the cut-out is around 14 mm wide maybe I could use one, but it would make putting the sides on my box more difficult. I shall watch with interest.

VapingBad either my digital calliper is wrong or i am shi* at measuring but this diagram gives slightly different measurements:

Cheers Super-Shiny, they don't make things easy by favouring measurements in whole mm or even tenths of a mm, maybe they designed in Imperial.

Ohhhh good luck and cannot wait to see the piccys once its done.......although not even made my own coil, I could would love to actually make my own box mod one day.......ohhhh the choices
