i loves my gizmo but have had a few probs with it,atty slop and sometime not firing on all cylinders ive fixed it and here is what i did i took the base plate off the bottom and screwed in an atty to get an idear of how much of the pin stuck out the bottom(remembering that there is a gap between brass strip in plate and 510 connector) i then removed the pin and wrapped card round it this was to stop it getting damaged when clamped in the drill i filed the end whilst running the drill i noticed that the bottom was cut with what looked like a hacksaw so i did that end as well taking care to leave the lip on and it ended up like this i didnt take any off the camber of the pin just the tip/point i then took out the 510 connector with scissors and found that the gizmo was plated were the connector screwed in so i removed the plating i also replaced the screw in the switch with a brass one and it dont damage the magnets hope that helps any fellow gizmo owners out there i loves my gizmo and you will love yours two

Looks easy to do decoy, I had the same slop problem until I started using a 17mm atty and it was a bit annoying. I might check out the 510 though, I though the anodised coating acted like an insulator and had to be removed. If that's the case why was yours working at all?

Nice one Decoy
Just noticed on UKV that an upgraded spring loaded firing pin is soon to be available.

If you find it still misfires then look at the switch. This isn't going to be very helpful, but using a 510 voltage checker I found that I was getting readings of 2.8-4.1 intermittently and thought it was the switch so was constantly stripping and cleaning it. Now ive been using it a while it dosnt do it anymore, so who knows maybe it was the 510 but it works fine now.
