how do I know when a coil is not working properly and do I just throw them away or can they be reused. thanks , Jamesrd. ps I use the kanger protank 2

Hi jamesrd they either stop working or start to taste when they need changing. I tend to do mine whenever I feel like it as I make my own and they are so cheap and easy. You can recoil them either with prewound wires from fasttech and your choice of wick cotton, rayon, bamboo, silica to name a few or make your own coils. There are very good tutorials on here which will show you how. Btw the prewound coils are about £2 for a 100. Good luck

jamesrd you can normally tell when they need changing becuase flavour and vapour fall off. with regard to protank 2 heads, tes they are re-usable.

Don't throw your old heads away!! In time you may consider recoiling and wicking them yourself (which is dead easy and costs about 5p per time), or otherwise there are peeps on here who will recoil them for you for a small consideration. Third option is to donate them to someone who recoils but needs spare grommets, pins, etc. Anyway you look at them they are too useful to chuck!!
