I know Diacetyl is an old story, hunting round the internet there are post as far back as 2010, but Im amazed its still in distribution.

This is where the regulation is needed, there needs to be controls put on place to make sure that Vendors are only putting safe chemicals into the flavourings, it shouldnt be left to the BBC to randomly catch someone out.
