I have 0.6mm (22G) i mine. The coil is stupidly big, but if it's stupid and it works, it isn't stupid.

I used one of the FT pre-wicked coils for my first build, such a thin guage was HARD to get in the holes

I Twisted some .28 for mine, so twisted .25 would be pretty similar. 8-9 wraps on a 2mm bit comes out around 1-1.2 Ohm.

Well f me and call me charlie......

Pain in the butt trying to get the legs the right length and getting it in then lil holes but I finally did it. Coil at 2.0ohm vaping at 10w with ra and its BLOODY good.

Ive got .27 on 1.6mm, 12 wraps with Japanese cotton and its bloody lovely lol

Oh well, get a few more under your belt and give it a go. Twisted wire gives tiny air spaces every twist between the wraps. Its worth trying at some time.

You make a loop of kanthal and put a screwdriver through the loop and twist round and round under tension.

They work pretty good.

Or do it the easy way. double up your wire, trap both ends in the drill chuck, fasten the other end so you can put a bit of tension on it then spin it till the wire breaks

ok little update just chucked the rose across the room had nuff of it
no matter how i coil it or how low an ohmage i use i get hardly any vaper outa the sodding thing,even tried a simple .5 micro coil using .3 wire on my nemi and hardly any coil crackel or vaper yea loads of flavor but after using all coils known to man this thing has finally peed me off to the point of lobbing it.Have never done that with any vape gear before

its time to put it back in the box and leave it in the draw sorry guys but ive just about give up on this thing

it just dont seem to work at full chat ,i likes my coils to make a little noise so i know its working,daft i know but just me
im not after clouds i gota a modded dripper for that but i do like a little more than willow the wisp and my gizmo with the kafun mini rocks and i thought this would be on parr with that
ive drilled the airhole on one of my kfl,s and that dont do to bad a job off the steam engine  snickering_smileybut my standard one still blows the rose outa the water for vapor prodution
ive now tried a 1.6 ohm wicked with silica and its the same with the vapor but poss less flavor of a diff taste 
it just seems like the contacts are dirty or the batts not fully charged(you know like the 69 gets when not reg cleaned)
i know its a learning curve but im starting to wounder if im just gona stick to mini kayfuns

oh have striped it fully inspected it and resembled it no signs of any thing that would cause it
