The hammer mod she who must be obeyed bought this weekend didn't like red efest button top 18350s (the only 350s we have at the moment)
It fired constantly due to the batteries being a little longer than the mod liked. I found a quick and easy solution to the problem, but it requires a quick check when changing batteries.
An o-ring between the small threaded ring part and the button will effectively lengthen the mod by about 1-1.5 mm and prevent the continual firing. If you do use this, then make sure you check the mod to ensure your o-ring is thick enough and please make sure the o ring is present when changing batteries to ensure it hasn't broken. A metal washer would be preferable, but an appropritly sized o ring will do the job in a pinch. Will post photos tomorrow when I've had a few less wobblies.
Tested this with deliberate over tightening, etc and o-ring has held up fine, but make sure you always check it's still in place if you try this, and check for auto firing as well, in case your ring is too short.

I may be misreading your post, it's late, been drinking..., but you should have the -ve end of the batter at the switch so no o'ring would be required to prevent auto firing ect....
It's a quarky mod so maybe I have you arsey versey

The pin on the clone we have sits pretty much flush with the plastic cap on the button even when fully tightened, perhaps a manufacturing fault. The o-ring just pulls the pin back a touch. Tried both ways and all 4 button tops fire without pressing without the o ring. It really is a quirky mod. Purple 18060 flat tops wont work either as they are too fat (slightly too large diameter). I can only assume that when fully tightened the plastic around the firing pin compresses slightly and causes the problem, or threads have been extended too far. These things happen in mass production.

I get ya now (I think anyway), I would sand down the +ve, but an o'ring to keep the delrin above the +ve is just as effective (I've done it before), but if its a keeper get the abrasive out on the metal as it's more fail safe.
Unrelated but I have a FT one and had to trim the plastic tube that surrounds the battery, it was a little too long and interfered with the threaded collar (for want of a better term) between the switch and the body.

I know what you mean. I'm gonna ream out the plastic collar to let the purple efests fit. (they seem about 0.1-0.2mm too thick, probably due to the thicker plastic wraps)
Damn the mod and battery industry for poor standards and tolerances.
