Hi all
I redcently gave my aerotank a thorough good cleen out. But accidently pushed out the battery contact. Any ideas how I can get it back in (the rubber gaskit has also come out) or fix it?

It can be fixed but likelihood is the coil is dislodged as the positive pin and rubber bung also hold the coil legs in place. I'm assuming you can't yet recoil them based on your question so the best option for now would be to fit a new coil head. Don't throw the old coil head away as you may wish to learn how to rebuild them.

bryanbell, I believe you're referring to the centre contact on the 510 connector in the base (?) as the pin in the head can't be pushed out accidentaly. It's a bit fiddly to get the seal back in from underneath. Careful perseverance is the key and tweezers are the best tool, but once it's in right it's just a case of popping the pin back in. A little juice will help lubricate. If I'm off course just ignore me Welcome aboard btw

from me too, the advice above is spot on, sounds like you have dislodged the coil by moving the centre pin. If you don't coil yourself send me a few heads and I will microcoil and wick them for you. Pm me if you are interested bryanbell

That looks like the contact pin from the airflow controller have tagged Super-Shiny who has posted before about replacing the insulator and pin. bryanbell

Like I said earlier. Using tweezers with a little juice for lube tease the grommet back into place first. Then pop the pin back in.

Hope this helps.
