First PayPal busting FT order - got RP......... number but cannot get passed SingPost. Tried tutorial on forum but get redirected back to SingPost web. Where now folks?

How long ago did you place the order DrMark? It can take a little time for any tracking information to be updated . . . the best advice is to order and forget about for at least a couple of weeks. Or in my case completely with anything from China, until it's delivered/a card is left . . . . Going to pop your thread onto our China Shopping Board, where you'll have the wisdom of other FT Fans.  |

SingPost tracking is always failing, and the best choices if you can get them (no batteries) is either ChinaPost or HongKong when using FT (use the other options when you get to the shipping page) then use 17track.net to do all tracking. If you have to use SingPost then it normally takes 5 days after you receive the Shipping email before they actually have the parcel in their hands, another 2 days minimum before they say it has been despatched overseas, then anything from 7 to 10 days before the plane seems to arrive at LHR, if it ever does, sometimes the package just turns up at your doorstep even though tracking still says despatched overseas  |

tbh this is normal
4 weeks is about the norm for fast tech in the uk (or it is for me)
it status might change before you get it to in greece or it might not the tracking is that good im afraid
ive not had someting go missing from slow tech yet but it is a waiting game

my last order from FT, it took 9 days from the moment I ordered it to be delivered in my place... and now it took that long...
I contacted SG PO and they said that "your registered article has been despatched on 17 December 2014 to the Overseas Postal Administration for delivery to Greece.
We regret that SingPost is only able to advise the status of Registered Articles up to the point they leave Singapore.
Please have your recipient check with the country of destination's Postal Agency (Local Post Office or website) for further information."
I called ELTA (Greek PO) and they said it's on its way to Greece, they have no idea of where my article is...
I ordered it as a XMas gift but probable it will be an Easter gift...
