Classifieds Rules
Please note the classifieds are for surplus vaping related items only.
All members buying/selling trading ,must add their location to their profile . If your location isn't added, your thread will be deleted.
There is a minimum post count of 50 before new members can start threads in the For Sale, For Trade & For Free Boards, Including the PIF sub-board. Any new members posting excessively in games threads etc or spamming the forum to quickly raise their post counts, risk receiving a warning & their posts being deleted.
1. Please make sure you include a clear description of the items you are selling/swapping including the condition. Your own photograph of the item(s) you wish to sell or trade are a mandatory condition of using the Classified Board - ' stock ' pictures are not permitted.
2. If selling, you must include a price & not ask for highest offers. Though you may state you will accept close offers to the asking price. In order to keep the Classifieds fair for everyone, this Board's purpose is for the sale or trade of unwanted surplus personal items. Either outgrown or no longer wanted. It is not for the selling on of items bulk bought in order to secure the ' best deal '. Any threads that appear to be selling items for profit or from bulk buying will be deleted & the poster may incur an infraction.
There may be rare occasions that permission will be given to sell on non-personal items, such requests will be considered on an individual basis and permission either given or refused depending on the circumstances.
3. It is not permitted to advertise items as a 3rd party - apart from exceptional circumstances. If you don't own the item you want to sell/trade, please contact a member of staff before listing it
4. It is not permitted to link to any Ebay listings for the same personal items on a forum Classified For Sale thread.
5. It is not permitted to sell or offer for trade any DIY juices. It is however acceptable to sell or trade concentrates, nic base, PG and VG that have been purchased from a vendor and is supplied in the original bottle.
6. If trading (swapping) please state clearly what items you wish to trade for & again, include clear pictures of the item you wish to swap.
7. Buyers, please be aware that if you pay via Paypal gift, you have no buyer protection at all. If the seller doesn’t send the item, Paypal will not reimburse you if you have paid via the F&F option.
8. Any unrelated/unhelpful posts on a classifieds thread will be deleted.
9. AAE-C, provides no guarantee or other warranty of fitness for purpose or safety provision or safeguard of any kind whatsoever for the Classifieds section and sales/trades within it. It is a free service & any risk is the buyers alone.
Above all, please use some common sense. If something is too good to be true, or there is anything you are unsure about - walk away.
