on a side note robby be glad that chip you got from cigbuy was fubared i spent the time to fit one and its killed one off my batts so gonat get the real deal dna chip (this modding lark aint cheap lol)

If you choose "clone" in the bottom box it`s a clone , but if you choose "original" then I wouldn`t be 100% sure after all the listing misinformation that went before decoy lol ill just wait for slowtech to get the clones as i cant see eveco having genuine ones which were £120 plus It was actually £150 plus, yihi set the price and won't let retailers sell any lower. I seriously doubt this is original sub £100.

I feel sorry for Alex, this past couple of weeks have been very bad with the Smok mx80 and now this, Evkoo need to take themselves to one side or there going to kill the goodwill that Alex has built. I cancelled my Smok mx80 and ordered a Vaporflask as a spare, Alex was very helpful as Evkoo customer service couldn't work out what I wanted to do.

Quite, but the Chinese have been dealing with us for some time so surely they must have some kind of a handle on how we think and react to misleading advertising?

tbh they are not as bad as cigbuy they have just been a bit unlucky and i would buy from them again but ill burn my nuts with a flame thrower before using cigbuy again

We can blame the vendors for putting up misleading claims on their website. Ruins the trust. And all commerce is reliant on trust. Manufacturers can make all sorts of claims, but we deal with the vendors whether in this country, China or elsewhere. We need to be able to trust the description posted on the sellers website. If it says x then I expect x to be sold. I should not have to think, they say x but I might get y. We need to be able to trust the seller whether that is in UK or China. In the UK we can easily return the goods, but that isn't so easily done with products bought in China. So they need to be even more vigilant they don't mess with our trust, and this episode has severely dented it as far as I'm concerned.

Hi guys, we unlisted Yihi SX Mini. I'd like to explain the whole story here:
The day before yesterday, one of our suppliers said he will get a batch of original Yihi SX Mini next week, so our Product Line Specialist listed it. But yesterday afternoon, the supplier said the SX Mini should be clone, later on he changed to both clone and original versions are available. That's why we changed the product title and price yesterday.
We've worked with the supplier, who always provides accurate product and stock info, for over 2 pleasant years. We paused our contract with them and found another supplier for SX Mini yesterday evening.
We are always frank with the mistake we have, and correct the mistake we have. We will apply more strict supplier management procedures soon. Thanks for helping us grow.
For those who already bought, please PM me or our support email support@evkoo.com for a refund.
Sorry again for disappointing you.
