Lastest bit of fiddling. Dna40 into a Zero V1

Just finished putting a dna40 in a Zero for another member. 
The original Chinese crap was a real bodge job as usual.  Even the charge board was in at an angle and buttons out of center.



Had to make a new button board as the orginal had them all earthed together and then mod the plastic chip cradle to get the evolve in and route the switch wires.


Also had to remove some of the inside of the wood battery holder as the board and the switch wires increased its thickness. Re mounted the charge board straight and job done.
Finished and working next to the bit of junk that came out of it.

I wish ive got all the bits sitting here ready. Progammed the cnc at work to cut all the holes but just ain't been able to get near it.
Still got three more shapeways builds to do next. I really have to get on with it.
