I've seen igual's post on this but my eyesight isn't good enough to do this myself so I was wondering if anyone offers a coil rebuild service for these? Ideally I'd like something I can rewick as I'm sick and tired of duff coils, ones that gurgle for no reason et al...

Pretty much getting there, drill out two of the holes to 3mm cover the other two small holes with a blob of silicone. Coil and wick, did mine about 3 weeks ago before the operation on my thumb, all good so far. The silicone hasn't degraded or melting and I haven't had any I'll effects so far, several tankfulls have gone through it.
Thumb is getting a lot better and will let peeps know when I can properly grip again.

pipeman01 I recoil them but use a different method to prr. With the old style heads, smaller juice holes, I drill out 2 opposing holes to 2mm and install a 2mm micro coil. With the new style heads I knock out the inner sleeve and replace it so that 2 opposite juice holes are clear. They are large enough for the 18 gauge needle I use to install a 2mm micro coil. I've only just started doing the new style and they haven't flooded yet using VG heavy juices. If you want some done send me a PM.
