Yes that boldvape is the john bold from facebook. It's a shame the site isn't DSR/CCR compliant, there's a fair percentage of Vendors who appear to be completely unaware of their legal requirements for selling online. Which always amazes us when we consider new Vendor applications to the forum.

Yep same guy, superb vendor, I use him and his service is A1, someone has created the website for him, it's still in its infancy with more stock to be added.
Hopefully the DSR/CCR compliancy will follow soon, he would be a VERY useful guy to have on here

Have used a couple times as well, spot on service. Always answered any questions and enquiry very quickly. I told him when his Webby came up about the dsr regs etc and he is getting it sorted. Originally he is a wholesaler hence the prices are very competitive.

I'm not upto date with these regs, I thought company name & address was the main criteriaThere's more to it than that Q to be legally compliant for selling online, having looked at the site these requirements are missing: * No telephone number. * No Terms & Conditions . . . . these should also include a Returns Policy, which complies with the Consumer Contract Regulations that have replaced the Distance Selling Regulations. The information is readily available via Google, we do not approve any Vendor application that does not have these in place. Our intention is to give our Members the best ' protection ' we can if they purchase from any registered Vendor on the forum. I might add, none of us actually sell online but we regularly advise prospective Vendors who do. A situation that leaves us scratching our heads.

Hi Perpetua, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we were in the progress of having this completed. Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Cookies, Orders & Returns Policy have now been added. We're currently in the process of adding a telephone number however in the meantime, we do specify our address and email. We strive to give good customer satisfaction and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to the individual pages however they're located at the footer of the website and Terms and Conditions have to be agreed upon while at checkout. Our UK Company Registration and VAT Registration is located at the bottom of the website. I hope this post is okay, I just wanted to clear up any confusion and worries people may have. Best Regards Kieran Bold

Hello kieranbold I've added you to the unregistered vendor group. As per the rules that are linked to in your welcome PM, you need to apply fro vendor status before posting on the forum. Same with the boldvape id. As both ids are now in this group, you can no longer post anywhere on the forum until you request vendor status & it is granted.

Best Regards Kieran Bold No it isn't really Kieran, you've created another id for the same Vendor account to slip in under the radar . . . . when as Chrissie says your Welcome PM is abundantly clear on our forum rules for applying for the status.
