I'm hearing the Sculpteo prints are more accurate than Shapeways form one the guys doing 200 cases @windows, BRD's prints for the 1300 mAh have need some adjustment and that is further forward than this, but no doubt it will just need some sanding here and there. Keep an eye out for turbocad6's DNA200 squonker if he finishes it will be smaller IIRC, There are a lot of nice 3D print boxes for the DNA200 already.
