Just found this thread my tfv4 mini is leaking from the base taken it apart all seals are in place and look good but its pooring juice from the base after about an hour of being filled i have had 1 mod ruined by leaking hardware dont want to have it happen again il bin it before it wrecks this mod my next attempt will be another coil head im struggling to find anything wrong with it to make it leak so bad its as if the juice is going straight through the coil and out the bottom anybody have anymore clues on where to start looking Unless you have a cracked glass it can only really be one of the 3 o-rings. They're quit soft and deform easily. Thee bottom seal tends to tear and easily go unnoticed. Another area to check would be the fill port seal/grommet. This has 2 sides, 1 side has a raised edge around the fill holl. This should face up as this is were the top cap seals.

Its a new tank premade Coil cl p2 if my eyes read it correct cant see any faults with the seals either top or the 1s the glass sits on i have tried blowing through drip tip whilst blocking the end of the thread end no air leak there I will try a new coil later if that fails i will try changing the seals so frustrating when your at work and your tank leaks glad iv got my faithful arctic with me Or i would be pulling my hair out another lesson learnt leave a new tank home till your sure you can rely on it

its not unheard of for off the shelf coils to fail when used, i have had a few dodgy kanger occ coils.. leaking out the air in holes would suggest the wick isnt damming the juice flow.. the atty should come with a 2nd coil and a rba head, perhaps try the 2nd coil??
try priming the coil with a few drops of juice on/in each slot/hole..
