Hi isabel22 Here's my order number i ordered this item over a week ago it stated 3'to 5 days for product dispatch, I spoke to you on here and you said it was out of stock and it will be restocked at the end of the month I just looked on your website and it states that it will not be shipped until 25th of January can you please verify that for me if that's the case can you arrange a full refund to my PayPal account thanks PJ 1957

The problem is that ecig is one of the part on gearbest. The vapor.gearbest.com belongs to www.gearbest.com, so this would be difficult to change something for ecig But we still report the problem to the leader, hope they can focus on those advice. Best regards Your customer service as informed me today please see below: NOT SHIPPED YET As for the remaining items, they are backed ordered. We expect it to be back in stock withing 7-15 working days if there is no delay on supplier side. We apologize for this unusual delay and suggest you 3 options: I would like to point out that this is not unusual for Gearbest it happens on nearly all my orders that you show as in stock but really the items are not in stock. So could you please advice me are my items going to shipped in 2-3 days like you have said or 7-15 days? Thanks

Hi isabel22 could you please check order no W1512261243284800. I did ask customer support but on their reply they dident even get my name correct. Order has only been partly shipped even though showed in stock when I ordered. Since found out that someone I know ordered after I did yet theirs has been shipped. Very strange. Have this problem all the time with Gearbest splitting orders the not sending the rest for weeks, have one open paypal dispute open at the moment where they split a order wait ages for the other items and finally ask for my money ( $20.71 ) to be returned to my paypal, at 1st they said they would return to my GB wallet but after a few e mails to support they agreed to return to paypal which would take 3-5 days.This was in October to date they have not returned money, and paypal are now involved, the best part of this is that they owe me $20.71 for items that were in stock but never sent they have replied to paypal offering me $10 huh Gearbest you Owe me $20.71 so why would I except $10!!! Also looks like I will be opening another paypal dispute tomorrow as they have done the same on my last order, have contacted support and sent Isabel Pm both have ignored am now fed up with GB and will no longer order from them, don't have this problem with the like of fasttech or Etop in-fact both have provide amazing customer service on the odd occasion when things have not been in stock. Also Gearbest do promotion on stock they do not have all the time to me this is a pre-sale which i thought was prohibited under the Chinese vendors rules but seem too be ignored would one of the Amin please look at this as most of the problem/dissatisfaction that occur with Gearbest is of this nature.
