Same everywhere......problems are blown out of proportion...............smooth stuff goes unremarked. It's a bit like the news.....you never hear them say..........nothing happened today ........everything is going well.

kreed I'm mainly surprised at how quickly I received it - I've had things posted to me in the UK take longer to get to me

I'll add my praise to gearbest, so far never had a problem ( apart from the Kbox discount code ) . They have even delivered quicker than another company's EPacket option. I have had issues with other Chinese vendors though, and they were terrible to solve ! Swings and roundabouts sadly when you order from abroad

Only started using Gearbest recently and I've been pleasantly surprised. 1st order - Evic mini - 5 days before despatch as stated and delivery in about 2 weeks 2nd order - MXIIIG Android box - 5 days till despatch as stated and delivery in just over 2 weeks - though it did sit in the local Yodel centre for 3 days, but that's just Yodel for you. 3rd order - Subtank mini (bargain at just over £14) - ordered on Friday, delivered today (Tuesday) from the EU warehouse. Well happy

That cant be right......because "apparently" They get it right far more often than they get it wrong.........despite what you read on here" So people that have had problems must be imagining it ...or lying !! I'm glad my order got cancelled....im sure it would still be on "processing".....or perhaps im imagining that aswell.

My point was markus most people don't jump up and down when their orders have no problems. The only issue I've had with any of my GearBest orders was over the China holiday when the supplier failed to deliver batteries on time to Gearbest.......and there was a delay. That's it. I never said people haven't had problems........ there's enough moaning and whinging on here for everyone to see there have been some issues

Oh dear, here we go again, I for one do not call it whinging when you pay for an item then some 3 weeks later it has not been dispatched, this happened on my first 3 separate orders I made with GB at the start, each was only resolved once PP became involved, so please don't preach that GB are hollier than thou! Constant promises of shipping dates missed which resulted in the first 3 orders being totally cancelled and monies refunded by PP It's sad to say but there appears to be a concerted efforts by a few to make GB look far better than they are when it comes to buying from them, don't get me wrong, isabel22 does a fantastic job, but what troubles me is why some seem so protective of them? It now seems fair game to label anyone that complains about GB a ( whinger, a moaner) so had enough of this pish Time for me to leave I think as I am not prepared to be part of a forum that holds the above view.

Orders placed and all received from both EU Warehouse and China EU Warehouse placed 3 orders on different dates 2/3 days later arrived at front door. China Preordered istick 60w for £19 Confirmed on the 19/10 knowing order would not be sent till 01/11 I actually forgot about it the item arrive 8/11 7days later from being sent excellent service. Other items 4 in total all have arrived from gear best between 7-15 days Waiting on batteries if they take 1/2/3/4/5 weeks I can wait. Thanks to isabel22 for all her hard work.

And this is your reply when someone lets people on here know theyve had problems with gearbest!.....lol....and you just consider it as "moaning and whinging" & "problems are blown out of proportion".....I bet some people would be a bit irate if another member claimed someones good feedback was exaggerated !! .....& thanks... now we're loosing members over this now !! Sorry but youre wrong, people on here do jump up & down when their orders have no problems, thats the point of feedback posts & so they should, but people are entitled to show the other end of the spectrum regarding gearbest & not have other members jump on them when they do post saying how gearbest have messed them around by .....sending out fake/incorrect products, leaving their orders on "processing", lying about "in stock" items, having the order canceled, claiming they accidently forgot about the order, orders not showing...etc etc.....the list is kind of endless really! A quick search on here & google brings back plenty of both good and bad experinces & as most have rightly said it seems to be more "hit & miss" with gearbest than most other vendors. One review site has their performance at 66% which I personally think is quite a low score !...And I'm not so sure its even as high as that when one ex customer wrote....."I recently received an unsolicited message from GearBest asking me to post a “positive review” on this website. GearBest would then send me a “big gift” (a $40 store credit according to other GB customers). Since this is an honest (and therefore not positive) review, I won’t be receiving a bribe from GearBest". Fact is time & time again theres a few on here that like to imply the sun shines out of gearbest's website...(I hope they arent getting "big gifts" for it!).....when thats so far from the truth!.....If youve & others have had no problems with them then thats great, but please dont keep jumping on other members when they report they have had problems with them. As others (and admin) have quite rightly said "if Isabel wasnt on here gearbest WOULD have lost their vendor status long ago".....yes Isabel is helping people with any problems, but thats the job she's being paid for & if she didnt do it then she would lose her vendor status. Chrissie has every right to be gobsmacked, I would be if an order I'd placed with them arrived that quick.
