Nice one Bobsbeer, they look bleddy 'ansum! Good recipe with nothing 'extra' added, just the way I like them. And I didn't realise that there was a Cornish Pasty Association, better have a look on their site! Crimping is the most difficult thing, and I've heard all sorts of wives tales about using milk, eggwhite or even beer to ensure a good seal. A fork stuck into the top two or three times will allow the steam out during cooking and prevent explosive pasties - or so my Mum used to say!
