This I bought purely on the recommendation from the chap who made the iSub RBA Tutorial that I found so helpful, informative and straightforward to follow. www.djlsbvapes.com/category/coil-diy-tutorials/He really rated it, so even though I was quite happy ( or so I thought! ) with my little iSub family, the temptation to buy one was too great! At the time Fasttech had them in stock and my shipping date squeaked in before the CNY shutdown - it arrived yesterday. This is what you get . . . . a very attractive looking Tank, 2 drip tips, some spare washers and 2 Coil Heads. The Clapton BVC came ready installed in mine - the Authentication sticker has been removed from the box, which doesn't bother me personally in the slightest. So to fill her up, this I pondered on as daft as it sounds but I do like to have a good first impression from any new equipment! james10 at Evaporate Mods had very kindly sent me a bottle of his Arrow Milk to try, so I decided to use this for for my maiden voyage: www.evaporatemods.co.uk/collections/evaporate-mods-e-liquid/products/arrow-gourmet-e-liquid?variant=11469092609 Filling up was extremely simple, no fuss or mess . . . . although I did find the top a little difficult to turn, but I don't have much grip in my hands anyway and the ' newness ' no doubt didn't help. I'm sure with use this will loosen off. In the same parcel I'd received an assortment of ' Turquoise ' Drip Tips from FT, although my suspicion is of them being ceramic bonded onto Stainless Steel - they're very nice all the same and not so cold on the lips as just SS. www.fasttech.com/p/4138500There are more ' manly ' colourways available as well. www.fasttech.com/products/0/10015267/3260900-turquoise-stainless-steel-hybrid-510-drip-tip-7Having left the new coil head to soak for a time, swapped the basic DT over for one better colour co-ordinated from my new ones, I was ready to vape! I decided to start at 30watts then go from there . . . . 38watts was my max, although it would probably take higher - that I found gave me a lovely flavoursome vape without a dry hit in sight. I seldom get those anyway as I'm not one for caning the wattage. Whether the standard 0.5ohm coil head is better or worse for flavour, that I don't know never having used this very delicious custard based Arrow Milk before . . . . and it remains to be seen whether the longevity of the Clapton head is as stonkingly good - but I absolutely have to get some more!!! www.fasttech.com/products/4206900There is nothing I've not enjoyed about this vape . . . . . absolutely smashing!

So glad you enjoyed it Perpetua, on the coils, my personal recommendation is to stick with 0.5. I found the 0.2 to be far below the great taste that the 0.5 give.

I am indeed enjoying your Arrow Milk very much thank you james10 . . . . I've almost done a tank full already! Thanks also for the coil recommendation, in all honesty I'm not tempted to go any lower than 0.5ohms - more than enough for my needs, never dreamt I'd be vaping at 38 watts as it is! I do think for my tastes anyway, that the Clapton suits my custard palate better than the standard coil, up until now I've not enjoyed a custard based vape that greatly subohming. It's stripped some of the flavour out somehow. This is very, very nice however.

The vapour also smells absolutely scrumptious on the exhale . . . . which is a bonus!

Nice review Perpetua, Looking forward to mine arriving, but will be waiting until March sometime too Loving the isub tanks but unimpressed with the 0.5 Clapton coils and have tried a few. The 1.0 Claptons work better for me but I find the standard 0.5 coils much better personally No leakage to report on the tank hopefully?

I'm pretty hopeless at reviews in all honesty, but like most women I do know what I like and what I don't! This really is so easy to refill and now that the ' newness ' has worn off, it's a doddle.

Got my S tank from FT in the post today after a fair old wait and obviously loving the Apex tanks so had to grab the S as well. Primed, fillled and put on an attie stand while I was checking out a few other new bits. Looked over at it ten minutes later to an empty tank and a big puddle around the stand Cleaned up checked everything was all tight and seals all there and refilled and it has been fine sitting there for the last 8 hours so no idea why it dumped the juice. Anyway it's a lovely looking tank and a fair bit smaller that the 5ml Apex tank which only holds 0.5ml more juice. What really impressed my on the S was the airflow control on the bottom, notched to stay in place and large to small, and auto closes the air hole when taking off the bottom cap. That would be a great feature in a bottom filling tank although most are now top fill. Very impressed and same vape/flavor as my other Apex tanks. Will be more impressed if the juice stays inside the tank and I have a feeling that the center ring that sits under the glass tank may have been ever so slightly loose. This piece also holds the inner ring which keeps the atomizer in place which keeps the juice from seeping out of the tank. Am keeping it off my mod tonight just in case though
