Apparently it's possible with an evolv 1amp data/charging board I wish there was an easier way to flip the screen. I've set mine up this evening with the insider and a stainless Clapton measuring around 0.45, set it to temp control, filled the tank with chubbys Brazilian guava and with the airflow fully open it's quite a nice restricted lung hitter with good flavour too I'm enjoying vaping on it a bit too much. I keep having to put it down because I've had too much nic lol tbh one of the main reasons for wanting a dna is escribe with the ability to load wire profiles and why no usb to charge ok i dont know if the gen dont have one but come on why not add one to the clone No the authentics don't have usb either the reason is there's no space for it.

You don't have to use the Evolv charging board, you can use any USB socket/wire/anything with a 10k resistor on one on the lines, I forget which line, but it is in the spec sheet, no harder than what the guy did in the video.

Flippin`Heck, this thread has just cost me a fortune Just bought the SXK 70w Bronze version from the very nice people at "Naturevape" I have been stuck in a rut for the last 18 months`ish, using my Alien and Baby beast both of which have been great. Although I have not posted very much on here for a while, I visit and read most days. I had a Billet Box a couple of years ago but it did non satisfy my vaping needs at that time, although I loved the form factor. Now having read this thread, there seem to be better atties available and so I have also ordered the SXK Insider. I used the code NV10 to get 10% off the total order and for an extra £2.99, I should get it tomorrow. Thanks, as always, to those lovely members that post up their experiences that help us all to empty our wallets. All the best. Neil PS keep the info coming.

And on other billet box news I see they are doing the boro tanks in black now. Had to get me 1 (hated the white). Might 1 day think about getting a B-box to go with it lol.

The black boro tanks are on Gearbest flash sale @ £3.56 www.gearbest.com/accessories/pp_658378.htmlI've ordered 2 and one of the atomizer adapters I had a quick look at the exocet last night and I cannot fit the same 2.5mm i'd clapton in there as I'm running in the insider. I tried a 2mm clapton but there's not enough cotton to plug the sides even doubled over. After a few draws it was leaking juice and it was late so I just rewicked the insider and put that back for now. I'll have another play with some plain wire in the exocet next time the tank is empty and I have more time on my hands

Set up the Exocet this evening with some plain ss 0.35mm wire, 7 wraps with a 3mm id for a resistance around 0.69ohms. The 3mm coil was much better for wicking and so far no leaks, plenty of flavour and no gurgling.
Early days yet and I've only rewicked the insider twice but bothtimes I had gurgling. The first time started out well but it gurgled after a while. The 2nd time I put too much wick in the channels, wicking was slower, flavour reduced and i even tasted some cotton at times but it still gurgled eventually.
I need to try a few more builds in the insider but at the moment I think the Exocet is easier to wick and the insider is better for larger wires.
Shame its so much of a faff to adjust the coil and wick after the tank has been filled, but so far the Exocet is working well this evening

Had no gurgling from the Insider at all, pyr0. Did mine Kayfun style as shown in the vid I posted earlier in the thread, though I ended up just making the tips of the cotton cover the top of the channel, rather than laying it down on the channel like I do with Kayfuns.

Ive had no issues with my insider either though Ive gone with the erlkonogin style of wickingYou can use lots more wick in the coil without having to jam the channels. Im actually so impressed Im thinking of getting the tankit clone from FT so I can get the same vape on a tube.

I'm not sure what I was doing wrong lol I redid the insider last night with an ordinary 3mm ss coil and the wicks like a little bowtie. Screwed the top on before wetting the wick and no gurgles so far :-)

Ok not really a billet box but really happy with me new black boro tank. Can't find where you initially documented this. What did you use for the drip tip nut? Where did you put the fire button? That top left nodule for the magnet would worry me with shorting the battery....did you cover it?

If the Tankit clone had a bottom feed pin, I'd be buying it - I'm a big fan of this style of deck. If you are looking for a tank with a similar vape and deck - the Ubertoot is an absolute classic - been using it as my carry around for over a year now and has never leaked or caused any problems - so good I'm thinking of getting this version by Coppervape.

Have 1 in my regular rotation, great tank. Not seen 1 with a glass tank tho, nice find.
