I have checked the battery pin and pulled it up slightly but still no joy. You probably shouldn't go messing with the pin on the battery unless it's absoultely necessary. I'd start by checking that the T3 head is properly screwed into place and if that doesn't work you should try what jcol suggested above.

I do like the look of the Scar.. Todd seems to quite like it and so may be worth a punt.. its that or the igo-l I think.. The Scar is not very wide - if you're new to dripping you might find it difficult to rebuild. It doesn't have a lip around the edge, which means juice will inevitably run off when you remove the top cap. And personally I don't like drippers where air is fed from below - I had a Vision Eternity and the air hole would often get blocked by gunk dripping off the coil. You really can't go wrong with an Igo-L. I've got more expensive drippers but my two Igo-Ls are still my favourites.

I just wrap my micro coils around a drill bit and feed whatever wick i am using through. Biggest advice... don't do it when a little sleepy, i test fired a coil on an IGO-L and my tired brain told me it would be ok to adjust the coil with my finger, now these coils REALLY hold the heat, they proceed to vapourise juice after you've released the button for a few seconds and proceeded to burn 13 perfect tiny lines on the end of my finger and killed all the little nerve ending's in that patch, so at present i cannot feel anything in that bit of my finger Ouch! I'll bear that in mind. Thanks.

Super T does the Velocity tip in polished or satin finish. Similar kind of shape but with a wider drip hole. Cloud9Vaping might have them if that's what you're looking for. Edit: they also do a shorter version.

Has anyone tried building a cotton cloud on an rba? If so, do you have any tips or tricks to share?

I'm searching the net to find a good VV battery and if possible with a 808 thread as I'm not sure if it is possible as well if they can have an adaptor. Any recommendations where I can get a good one.Thanks. There's the dial-a-volt, but they're a bit pricey and I don't know if anyone stocks them in the UK. Liberty Flights do 510 to 808D adapters.

The Vaping Vault does these: The Vaping VaultI believe what they mean by "pre-order" is that they'll build the stand to your own specifications.

Dan Good idea to try regular silica first. If you're still having a reaction you could maybe consider using cotton: Not sure if this would work on a Kayfun though.

So now the question (and I'm sorry for blurbing on!), Can I adjust the PG/VG ratio of the apple pie to make the ratio 50/50? Will I lose some of the flavour by doing so? What exactly do I need to do? Just add a measured amount of VG? To get a 50/50 mix you'd need to add 80ml of VG to your 200ml of 70/30 juice. However, the nic content and the flavour would both be diluted by about 30%. It might be best to just use up the apple pie in your RSST and stick to high VG liquids going forward.

Hey guys, looking for a little advice here. Now, I am thinking it MAY have something to do with the nic strength? Or is it just that my buds are now in full vaping swing, and this is what it really tastes like? i.e. I'm slightly desensitised. I think it might be a bit of everything. I've been vaping about a year now and I had exactly the same experience. I also tend to vape at about 6 watts as I don't enjoy a hot vapour. I started out on 18mg juice but wasn't getting the throat hit I wanted. So I started mixing my own at 30mg and soon found I couldn't taste it at all. I came to the conclusion that a higher nic content was masking the flavour, so I now mix it at 24mg or buy ready-made juice at 18mg. There are times when I need a bit more of a throat hit (usually first thing in the morning) and I'll just up the power to 8 watts. And I'll often alternate between tobacco and fruit flavours. I find that works pretty well for me. By the way, have you tried a bottom-coil clearomizer (like the protank)? It'd give a cooler vape than the iclear 30, which means you could probably run it at a higher power setting and still get a decent throat hit from a lower nic liquid. And lastly, always bear in mind that vaping tends to cause dehydration - which will dull your sense of taste. So drink loads of beer while you're vaping, although water will do if you've run out of beer Edit: Should've read the wole thread! I see you've got a protank - have you tried it yet?
