It can be a bit tight but it does unscrew.

Well to answer my own question it seems water is best. Got this off Wiki:-
'Sodas, iced tea, coffee, and other drinks that contain caffeine are second best to good old-fashioned water when you're trying to stay hydrated. "They act as diuretics, so even if you're getting water, you're also pulling a little extra fluid from your body because of the caffeine.'
Also sports drinks are good too apparently.

When people say drink more water, I'm assuming liquid drinks of any kind will do the trick, i.e, tea, coffee etc etc?

taste bud generally go awol around the month mark for a few days and then come back and work a whole lot better ...so you are kinda just at that point ...i would suggest getting some nice strong tobacco or menthol flavour ...you will defo be able to taste those until your taste buds recover That sounds promising, let's hope thats what happens to me.

how many a day did u smoke dave ?? i been a smoker of only 20 a day and im on 24mg ...not to say others are the same as me but in any case the mg strengh shouldnt take away from the flavour I wasn't what you would call a heavy smoker and during the last few years I whittled it down to less than ten a day.

Depends upon the flavouring strength of the liquids you're buying as well Dave, if it's a juice that the Vendor mixes themselves, it might be worth asking if they'd add extra flavour for you, if it's not an option given on their site. So much of it depends upon you as an individual as well, how long you smoked for . . . it's difficult if not impossible to give a definitive answer.I find by having several flavours on the go, it stops my taste buds getting too tuned in, if I vaped one flavour continuously I wouldn't taste anything in a very short space of time. Been buying 18mg strength for all my juice. Not added extra flavour though, might try that next. Was a smoker for 40 plus years.
