I have dropped my evic on tiled floor from my worktop (well my dad knocked it) and it slipped out of my hand again on tiled floor from waist height and not a scratch (both times it landed on its side mind). Is the SVD a pass through too, if not that is another advantage, and I dont have to faff and change batteries

The eVic. The biggest thing for me (at the moment) is I can track exactly how much I vape. It's not simply a puff counter, but with the auto feature you can set it to a set time. Mine is 3.5 secs I know many people vape longer. You can also track how many seconds of vape time you use in a day too. (But I don't think the time tracks on the PC, I could be wrong(next update perhaps?)) What I found is I was having 300+ vapes a day. Since I have had a set timer (3 days) it's been 200. So I was obviously having shorter puffs more often sometimes. Now it may not be a useful tool for you personally, but making sure I'm not increasing my nic intake, (with a view to lower it) it's very easy to know exactly how much you are using it. The updatable firmware is also an added bonus, along with it looks gorgeous (in white ). But then I am biased as its my first mod, but I honestly don't think I need anything else, unless by a miracle I can afford/need a Provari. The only downside (doesn't apply to me) is that it only goes up to 5v, but I only go up to 4.5 anyway. Oh I also like that you can see exactly what you want on the screen. Time/date, ohms/volts or puff counter and battery %, puff per day or amount of time vaped (in seconds), and of course the volts/watts on the main section. And with the 3400mAh battery I get 3 days use out of it But I will say again, this is probably a rather biased review, and therefore pointless lol

And yes, we are all diseased! I think it may be contagious! What an idiot! How many Green & Blacks are sold in a week? These contain both CHOCOLATE and CHERRY. I'm sure that's based at the middle-aged - elderly market(judging by the price point)! Great way to make a point!

I stopped the day after i got my first look-a-like. Although I had a few the next week as I was rather poorly, I wasn't sure if it was the vaping, fag withdrawal or I was just ill. Since then I had one as a tester so to speak, so I voted no.
However a poll on a dedicated vaping site, is a bit misleading, considering many of us use APVs or at least egos, whereas many Joe Publics use look a likes. And then, they won't be able to completely stop as easily.

Did you get it from a vendor? Or Second hand? Its most certainly the firing button, not the battery/spring etc.

It has been posted in the promotion, news section of the forum, this is a subsection of that forum, to do with ECCA not ECITA. But I do believe it had already been posted there

Indeed I am Blownupdolly and ECCA are looking at a number of avenues. We are currently looking at quotes for car window stickers, we have finalised a design. We are also in the process of getting a new website up (as you may already know) which will have a blog page answering some key statements. CRUK one has already been written. The new website MAY have a writetothem page (but this hasn't been confirmed yet). Unfortunately as has been said in another thread, without someone who is able to handle the press and MP/MEPs we have one hand tied behind our backs. Once the new site is up, hopefully all will become clear. The site has taken a lot longer to get up than first anticipated. And has used up alot of all of our volunteers rescources (time wise). It's difficult to balance consumer issues with political issues. But until we get more resources/volunteers we are going with an 80/20 split. 80 being consumer issues, 20 being polictical ones. I hope that has answered a few of your questions. If you need to ask me any more I will answet them as best I can, there are other projects going on, but they are in their early-mid stages and until they are near to up and running, I can't openly discuss what they are, as I'm sure you will understand.

Maybe just brands of e-juice then every mod, clearo, cartos etc. If we got into every flavour juice for every brand it could get silly. Lets not forget nic bases too.

I was sure we had until 2016 not 2014. And I have seen e-gels but it's not something I use, maybe up in Scotland vapers are different?
Well the MHRA have done what they wanted to do, and that's make them sound as bad as tobacco. It's now the vaping community to tell everyone they are bonkers. Easy or difficult I don't know, but it will be hard to change people's view points. But it can be done.
