So tonight I've purchased, as per the majority of people's views on here, the iStick with the nautilus mini ( Amazon) and I'm much looking forward to it arriving! At the weekend, on a foray to London Town, I dropped into Vape and Volts near Chalk Farm tube and I was bamboozled by the choice so it was great to be able to come back here, read the recommendations and feel secure in my purchase. Love you all :-) |

Actually they are nice looking. It's just that the battery is bigger than I imagined! What other benefits do they have?

Hello friends. Apparently since I gave up the stinkies, I've saved over £5,000! That's pretty damn cool and I've literally never craved one either.
I've been vaping since February 2014 and been perfectly happy with my two iTaste variable voltage variable wattage batteries and the basic clearomisers. Then I happened to pop into an awesome vape shop in Bath and they sold me a lovely JW7 clearomiser which made me realise how rough the vaping had been up until this point. I've totally maxed out on Joose Juice and am a loyal customer there but now.... disaster........! My iTastes have both died - weird battery error messages, no charging and definitely no vaping. So because I'm ever so slightly dependent on my vaping, I had to buy tonight a starter kit (vivid vapours) and it's ok. If you're just starting out, then it's a hell of a lot better than garage e-cigs but, I'm definitely now into vaping maturity and could do with some help from the good people here.
1. I'm not bothered by a massive vape cloud
2. I'm a born-again vanilla addict and I love the Joose Juice
3. I need performance and stamina
4. Nothing too massive please
Any suggestions for a new kit?

OM to the actual G! It's almost one year. The best decision I ever made. I now vape when I'm drinking and occasionally on long car journeys (that seems to be the hardest habit to break) but I'm so chuffed. Thanks to everyone on these boards in February /March / April last year who kept me going and got me through. Long live la vape!  |

Aaaargh - again I can't make this date due to 'mummy duties'. And I know I've been remiss in checking into the forum but I've been busy spreading the word about vaping far and wide. I might even have convinced my 30-a-day-Marlboro-Red-smoking boyfriend to think about an alternative (and he's broken my spare itaste......grrrr!!)

Have nothing to add except - whoop - Glastonbury is here! I'm stewarding so I'm going to keep my equipment with me and I have an Anker external battery for charging. Just setting up today was mind-blowingingly hot (in the tent) but I've seen some weather forecasts that say things are going to get cooler.
Oh and PS - this is my first non-smoking event too.

I think I was most put off by the vape cloud. I don't tend to make much cloud when I vape because basically to me that's not why I do it. It seems that clouds of vapour are quite the signifier that you are doing it 'right'!!

True silentscream and normally I do make the first move and chat about vaping and how much I love it and what juice are they using etc etc .. but this time it was different :-( It was much more "I see your little cloud of vapour and I raise you to the big boy vape" (I'm not the sensitive type I promise!!) |
