I think maybe they mean no orders of batteries like 18650's etc not items with built in cells. Maybe fire off an email to check.
might just do that....not for me, possibly for minigun1
Just seems pretty pointless to me to have an item for sale they don't offer any shipping option on, either they do mean separate cells or they made a cock up with the shipping options listing and will fix it.
Yeah I just checked again and I think it must have been out of stock. I've got some red writing that says: "ETA 1/16/2018 (in 3 days)"
Happens fairly often and the ETA isn't a guarantee it will be in stock in 3 days, if one or more items in the order keep getting delayed you can use the open ticket button to ask them to split the order and ship the items that are in stock immediately and the rest later, when the stock arrives, they usually answer the ticket the next working day

Kayfun V5 Mini clone. LINK Foolproof to install coils and wick. I would recommend using 26AWG Kanthal A1 for your coils as it's thick enough to be easy to work with but also thin enough to get the resistance you need with a reasonable number of wraps. LINK use the dropdown menu to select the correct gauge and spool size you want. The minimum resistance coil the iStick 20W will fire is 1.0ohm, 8 or 9 wraps on a 2.5mm coiling rod should make a coil of 1.0ohm to 1.2ohm.
This video is for the full size version but it's identical to the mini the only difference is the mini is a little shorter, the build deck, airflow and everything else is the same. If you don't want to watch the whole video skip to around 12.30 and you'll see how to install the coil and wick it.
