Just a tip - you can get a generic version of Corsodyl/Oraldene mouthwash at Savers, Home and Bargain etc. Same ingredients, less than half the price. Same choice of flavours and even the bottle looks very similar.....

There are about 20 in our office and I can vape at my desk, as can another 2 colleagues who work in there.
Will go out with the smokers sometimes still for the goss.

Twinings Everyday tea or their Earl Grey with a dash milk, no sugar.
Occ fresh filter coffee.
Water, sparkling or flat.
No alcohol, except a Snowball at Christmas! Reason - don't like the taste, and very quickly go from fine to throwing up...
I also had acute pancreatitis last year and was very ill, and it usually affects alcohol mis-users - had the devil of a time trying to get through to them, through a haze of pain, that I don't drink, till blood tests came back after couple of hours....hopefully I never get it again.

I agree with Oneday.
I used the classies a few times when I first started and found it great and a cheaper way of trying new stuff, getting advice and very kindly received a few freebies thrown in.
I didn't have a lot of posts at the time and still don't really but I read a LOT.
I understand about Classified "stalkers" but I do think it's at the seller's discretion.
My son has also read a lot here and found it very helpful but never joined or posted - he just doesn't post on forums. Some people just don't like em.

Donated. I read the book written by a little boy's father about this intervention programme when I was a student nurse may moons ago - about 34 years! From their own experience, they developed this method and I was always fascinated by it - it always made a deal of sense to me. If I recall correctly, they entered "his" world rather than forcing him to join theirs, which they knew he found too overwhelming, gained his confidence and things progressed from there. As with all treatments/interventions, I don't believe it is a cure all, we are all too different, but one that always appealed to me.

After 35 - 40 years of 20 a day, I had 1 puff of a ciggie after 1 month. Could not inhale, couldn't stand the taste. Tried 1 puff again , just out of curiosity, after 2 months - no go.
I never thought I would ever stop - haven't even tried to do so before but not had one since I picked up my Riva (thinking to myself "well, it's worth a try") on 7.1.12. To me, it's like a miracle, though I know that sounds far fetched.
I too, though, love the smell of a fresh lit fag - think my brain links it with "reward".

Well, things are improving leaps and bounds with "cap off" steeping. Just tried again and only a very slight tinge of green sock and a lovely tobacco taste on exhale. Enjoyin this now - the other day, it was "Dear God..what IS that?"
Definitely getting there.

My favourite RY4 is the Health Cabin one and if you buy their flavouring it is very simple to mix your own and to me tastes identical to their ready mixed if you use the flavour at 20%
I am aware though there is no slow boat shipping at prrsent.

Aha!
Googled and came across some other forum threads on this subject and some have described a "wet hay" smell, which explains the "green" part of my experience. No mention of sweaty sock though.......

Funny enough Lobey, I have left the cap off since my post last night (thought to self it's worth a try as something may kinda evaporate and change it) and sniffed today and it already smells better to me - less green socky!
So I agree - caps off for me too.
