Ok I was not clear, I was meaning the clear plastic tank (not the atty) does it screw on the the bottom section? in the pic the clear plastic part has a metal ring around it, does that screw on to the base?

These are the ones i picked up the other week, love the fact you can take em apart, wash em dry them then dry burn them so much easier than the previous version.
