I've given up on waiting for mine to be redelivered after requesting re-delivery 3 times..
No doubt by now they'll be making their way back to the source..

There was definitely someone here when they "tried" to deliver it originally.....and none of my other attempts to get it re-delivered have been successful either

Really strange isn't it I've never had any probs before from this address and I'm pretty sure that no one else has had a similar problem with their address.

Sometimes couriers are just useless. sometimes liars. I bought a computer, after a few days I contacted the courier company to find out where it was, they told me thay'd tried to deliver three times, and if I wanted redelivery I had to pay again, and that their drivers take pictures to prove they've tried to deliver. As I have everything sent to my office, and there's always someone there between 7am and 7pm, I told them bollocks When I insisted on seeing the pictures and made a bit of a scene once I'd finally got through to someone above bottom feeder level, they finally admitted the box had burst and hadn't been delivered. I believe that drivers are pushed to deliver more than they are able, and sometimes just have to miss some stops to get done..

It does make you so mad when they blatantly lie about trying to deliver, when they patently haven't done anything of the sort

Hi,
I am very sorry to hear that several parcels still don't received. That is really annoying.
As far as I can see some parcels (that for Al and debs40) cannot be redelivered anymore, cause as it is written on the parcel force website: "Please note: you cannot arrange redelivery if your parcel is already at a local Post Office".
Nevertheless, we have asked parcel force to check where your parcels are and how you will get them. Hope they will reply soon. Otherwise it would be helpful to call your local post/depot office.
I'll reply as soon as I can tell you more.

Hi,
We have now new information from parcel force (nothing really new, but at least something). They say that normally once a parcel is delivered to the local Post Office it is not possible to request this item to be collected from the Post Office and redelivered. The parcels do require collecting by the recipients and will be returned after 16 days if unclaimed.
So, if your parcel is still held, you will get it in your local Post Office branch, if you haven't already done so in the meantime, otherwise don't wait too long. Until now, none of the missing parcels has been sent back to us, and DHL has also no other status information. DHL says "ask Parcel Force" and Parcel Force says "ask DHL"; top service, I say! The only thing that we can do next is to submit a request for investigation at DHL.
@jamima: Your parcel has alredy been delivered as you can see when you check your tracking number (on the parcel force website e.g.). You should go to your post office branch and ask them for the exact address of the recipient (if they know it).

My package was posted on the 15th, the details via DHL shows it until the 16th in Germany, then nothing. Could it still be on the way?
