hi. offer is on as long as its on the website. the 2nd to 4th boxes you type in any flavour you want, chosen from the drop down box options of the 1st flavour. e.g. you might choose menthol in the drop down menu, then type , cherry, blakcurant, peach, in the next 3 boxes. (spelling doesnt matter).
