I cried my eyes out over sparkle, she looked horrific, what the **** is wrong with some people ???

So glad she found a happy home in the end

It was a joy to see her, all happy & waggy tailed with her new owners.

It tears my heart to see things like that, I can't watch any of the RSPCA or other adverts they have like that in the day time.

There should be much tougher penalties for animal cruelty, people rarely even go to prison when caught

Have got it sky+'d as we had to go shopping. Some people disgust me. Read this article the other day about a woman who slashed her springer spaniels face and body 31 ******* times with a kitchen knife, also slashed her other dog though not so severely. She then self harmed and called the police to report a stranger attacking her and her dogs. She's awaiting a psychiatric report and then could be jailed. FOr a MAXIMUM of 6 months. 6 months, that's all. That's a month for every 5 agonizing cuts. At The end of the 6 months she'll walk free, well I bet that
poor dog won't be free from scars in that time, and I bet it won't be free of the emotional scars for even longer. In a country where we put dogs to sleep or into a shelter if they So much as snarl at a toddler that has been bothering them for hours how is it fair that she only gets 6 months???? (All that said I'm betting she doesn't even get a prison sentence. The psychiatric review will diminish her of all responsibility and if she's incarcerated at all it'll be in a mental health ward with food love and support handed to her by the bucket load). SOrry will get off my soapbox now things like this make my blood boil though.
