Sadly I had to squish it a little because of the 100px size constraint, just a screenshot i took whilst watching the intro to "true Blood" (the vampire series), Its highly glossed female lips with vapour ( or smoke) coming out, does a description make it clearer?

You can specify the height and width of your avatar pic with a maximum of 100px in either direction to maintain the aspect ratio
