Phew!! This was all the juice I had left on the last day of my holiday How close was that!! juice by UKSpitzy, on Flickr But I did get home to some lovely vapemail from Vapeescape A new spare riva battery, a passthrough for the car, a mini nova, a pick and mix selection and 30 mls of menthol so I am stocked up again and really enjoying the arctic lemon (maybe enjoying it a bit too much better give it a rest for a while I think ) The two visions I took with me did me proud, they have had no TLC at all, no cleaning or anything, they have been hammered for two weeks in high temperatures and did not let me down once. They have had a wash and are now drying out in the kitchen. Had a great holiday but glad to be back to see all my dogs again. Pam O

Welcome back, lucky there were no exploding volcanoes to delay your return No volcanoes but we had something else..... I HATE flying ......well we got on the plane at about 1am, after a while it was obvious nothing was happening next thing we see the captain walking down the aisle towards the back of the plane, then he goes back up towards the cockpit again...then more waiting...then captain back down the aisle again...then an announcement that there was something was making a beeping noise at the back of the plane, they thought it may be coming from the hold. An engineer was called he came he looked he got cases hoofed out of the hold onto the runway then another announcement that they couldn't find the source of the noise and they were talking to headquarters to see if anyone there knew.....then they decided that the only way to find out if it was the plane that was making the noise or one of the cases was to literally shut down every power source on the plane, but that meant we had to all get back off the plane and go back to the departure lounge. I am having a minor nervous breakdown at this point and went for a sneaky vape (medicinal nerve calming purposes of course) We could see the plane in total darkness on the runway with torch light in the cockpit. They literally switched it off and on again LOL then we were all told to get back on and were told that the noise went away when the power to the plane was shut off (so it wasnt something in a case) but it was back beeping again!! The captain said we would take off anyway and they would see if they could fix it back in the UK!!! We eventually took off at about 3am and three and a half hours of terror later we land in the UK in one piece!!! Pam

Yeah they probably rang IT Support and they said switch it off and turn it on again! Pam - How much juice did you take and how long did you go for?

Welcome back Pam. A few years ago, we were coming in to land at Bournemouth airport. Was just about to touch down, when the plane suddenly lifted again. Once back level, the capt, or co-pilot, came down the aisle, lifted a panel in the floor and stuck his head down. After about 1/2 a minute he came up, walked back to the cabin and after what seemed an age, the capt reported that as they were about to touch down a light came on to say that the landing gear wasnt down. That was why they came and checked, to make sure visually.... Nerve wracking moment though. By the way, Im flying to Turkey from Bournemouth next week

Phew pam, I flew back from America 3 years ago on a dc10, they haven't been used for that for a long while I don't think, everything that could rattle rattled, they couldn't serve hot food or alcohol and the stewardess had to climb under the seats to fix the lights the captain forgot to tell the cabin crew he had finished taxiing and they was a mad scramble to get to their seats before take off longest ten hours of my life #icon_cry#

Few little questions Pam
Is it still £10 to pay for visa when you arrive?
What was the temperature while there?
Im flying into Dalaman and 2 hour transfer to Marmaris. Are they OK with vaping over there on coaches, Hotels, Bars etc?

Guys rather than start yet another thread to ask a question I was wondering do any of you have experience with the Joyetech eGo-C 1000mAh Battery & Pass Through? I got mine today, I have plugged it into my laptop and a usb wall plug attachment thingy but there is nothing to tell me that it is charging ??? No lights, flashes or anything else.....before I email Jason I thought I would ask if I am being particularly thick here or if that is normal.
Cheers Pam
