I've been trying to order from OK Smokey, but when I try to login the site isn't accepting my (stored) password. I've requested a new password (several times) - no reponse. Also tried to contact them using the form - again no response.
Tried to ring them today but no answer.
Has anybody bought from them recently?

I bought from them a couple of weeks ago Stan and all was ok, but there had been problems of people not being able to log in due to site changes/ upgrades.
George did say to email him directly if anyone was still having problems on an email I recieved a while back.

I tested it out yesterday, Prof. I couldn't log in, but then I hadn't tried to for many, many months. They sent me a new password via the standard "Forgot my password" thing, then I logged on with it and changed my PW back to my old one.

i had this a month or so back, you need to say you have forgotten your password, put in the email addy you use for oks and they send you a new password.
then change the password to what you want.
it happened when they change servers or something like that.

What's losing George business, IMIO (In My Infallible Opinion) is the silly way he lists his juices. Pages and pages to go thru  instead of listing by flavour, giving each one a drop-down choice of size and strength. |

I do agree that George should try some drop-down menus as it really is a pain to have to keep clicking pages onward to find what I want. I shall go an make noise on his forum. Fox  |
