They are in China, there are no e-cig manufacturers in the U.S., furthermore I have never heard of "Smoore". Web Of Trust gives them a good rating, but I would be very cautious of a company that wants someone to "join".

I assume that Chirs is in the UK and I would suggest that she deal with companies in the UK, or companies that the members here are familiar with.
