Hi everyone, I am getting a painful burn on my lips everytime I draw on these pre filled B&H cartos. I have tried them on several different models and it makes no difference. I have also tested different pre filled ones and they are fine. I have used the B&H a few times in the past with no problems. I bought about £70 pounds worth and nearly all of them burn. The thing is it is the only ones I really enjoy so I do not know what to do. Does anyone know why this is happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS Also tried tips on end and still the same!

Did you get the burning sensation right away with the b an h or has it came on gradually? I cant vape the same liquid solely for more than a few days or it becomes harsh and tends to feel like its burning my mouth, i alternate flavours a lot.

Have you tried using a drip tip on them mate? It sounds like you've got yourself a lower resistance batch than the ones you had originally

If you are using them without a drip tip then the casings do get quite hot and uncomfortable on the lips. Do you have a drip tip to try?

Burn on your lips?
Is the drip tip getting hot, or as I think, you are getting juice into your mouth?
I don't know why you should get that on a prefilled carto, maybe they were overfilled, or you are drawing too hard?

Most of the time there is no juice it is just an outright burning pain on my lips. As I said I have had about 3 batches of these so I kind of know what they vape like. I tried reducing my draw but it means I barely get any hit out of them. Also the flavour runs out very quickly.

hmmmm, is it a metal drip tip per chance? What you have essentially with those cartomisers is a heating coil incased in a wadding which get very hot during use especially when taking long drags, the carto casing being metal conducts that heat and would transfer that heat to a metal drip tip.
The resistance on those is standard which should be 2.3-2.6ohms, what that means is - the lower the resistance the more power is drained which produces heat very quickly. Mid range carto's like yours though should only get very hot through extended use or taking very long drags which keep the power running through the heating coil. Sounds like a slightly longer and plastic drip tip is needed

I've not heard of any problems with these Outnumbered, but send me one to try if you want.
I was using one myself at the weekend and had no issues, so I'm not exactly sure what it can be.

I presumed you meant burnt as in too hot? If that isn't the case then syycoe is quite right, if you are using a plastic drip tip you could be allergic to it.

Never heard of a carto burning with a drip tip in (even with a metal drip tip) - I used to vape LR Boge's at 4.8 / 5 on a Lava tube with a metal drip tip and it only ever got a tad warm (the carto however used to get hot) ???

This sounds like it could be chemical burns from an allergy to the plastic Tim, ceramic or metal drip tips would be the answer
