When battery is fully charged I can screw the end cap up properly.
When the battery starts to diminish, roughly 1/2 way to being ready to cut out, Ive found I need to slightly unscrew the end cap for it to fire.
As it depletes even more I need to unscrew further, until just before its flat ive got it unscrewed by about 5ml.
Its only been the last few days ive noticed this, but surely Its not right.
Any advice appreciated guys.

Not heard of that problem Brian, and I googled Provari problems over and over when I had a fault on mine, suprisingly there isn't an awful lot of complaints in comparision to how many are sold.
For help you could email Provape direct, just to see if they have a simple solution Provape360@gmail.com They are excellent with customer service and very fast at answering especially considering the time difference.

I bought it 2nd hand a month ago.
So was sort of thinking it might need a clean up with alcohol. I dont know if the guy I bought it from ever cleaned it.
I did get a spare end cap with it and swapped last night, but just the same as it depleted today.
Battery in there now is 3/4s of the way to being dead and simply wont fire unless unscrewed slightly.

Mine rufuses to fire and the button flashes telling me it is a dying battery at about 3.3 - 3.4 volts you dont want the battery to deplete too much else I understand they may not recharge when they are down too far

Is the Provari flashing when it does this or not?

Mine does`nt flash at all, unless its unscrewed when depleting, and then only when its telling me its near the end of its charge.
The provari has a safety cut out Colli, so wont completely dicharge.

I would`nt think its the tank, if thats what you mean. Its fine for 4-5 hours until battery depletes.

That is very strange....... I can only think it's a problem with the battery, have you got other ones to try?

I have 2 batteries I rotate.
Im off soon to buy some Isopropyl Alcohol to clean all the components and see if that cures the problem

If you swish some down inside it, don't leave it in for long or it could euck your LED display, try first putting some on a swob and cleaning the contact point right down inside, that's what Provape told me to do.

Thanks for the tip Sandra. I see provape sell the longer cotton buds for cleaning inside. Can see me using selotape and 2 cotton buds stuck together. Should be okay methinks
