I see an awful lot of Chinglish on there in product descriptions - "This product contains no include tar and other harmful substances", "for the first time use, press the switch button five times quickly, the battery will be unlocked, another five time's press will lock the battery again" "And it's necessary to replace atomizer for electronic cigarette to reduce bacterias since frequence touch between mouth and atomizer. "

What he's saying is that the translation isn't coming across too well from your language to english in your product descriptions on the site.

There's quite a few grammatical errors as well as simple spelling errors which made me check whereabouts in the world you were based- was surprised to see you're based in Stockport? These need to be rectified if you want to look professional and be taken seriously.

That being said, it's a nice looking site, and will be lovely once it's bulked out with stock.

Can't see that a lot has changed from the site...

"This product contains no include tar and other harmful substances, only smoker can smell the smoke, never produce second-hand smoke, health and environmental protection is the most prominent feature of this product. It is the best alternative to conventional cigarettes."

Awful awful grammar, and personally I think this line "only smoker can smell the smoke," is wrong and misleading.

Also spotted....

"Moythfuls for full battery: 900puffs"

And

"equel to 4 cigarettes "

And

" the battery will be unclocked,"

And that's just from one product listing. As harsh as it sounds, without correct grammar and spelling your site will not look professional. It's always worth checking, checking, rechecking- then getting someone else to do the same to see if they've spotted anything you've missed.

To be perfectly truthful, my biggest single problem is with what this company has chosen to call itself. They even have the fairly standard disclaimer showing which acknowledges that their products are NOT intended as smoking cessation devices. Why in the name of everything that makes sense did they choose to call themselves "ELECTRIQUIT"???

And even if some of the Chinglish product information just might be down to overenthusiasm and a rush to get the site live, there's no easy way to forgive an "About us" page which they MUST have written themselves being full of idiotic spelling mistakes.

I just checked the about me and didn't spot any obvious spelling mistakes , so that appears to have been dealt with .

Like you Tetsy I don't like the name and wouldn't be happy purchasing from somebody with a trading name that includes the word "QUIT"

Sorry Storm, don't think so! Went back and checked and they're still there. I have this silly talent (or curse) and things like this just leap out at me.

Sorry, but with a statement like that it sounds as if they want people to take them as being a professional outfit. I've highlighted all three spelling errors in case they want to fix these. On a page like this one would be forgiveable - we all make mistakes, right? But three... that ain't professional.

Hi, Yes sorry most of the product information is from the supplier and will be rectified as soon as possible. I've changed the About Us page.

Also our name reflects on some of the products we will soon stock in terms of quitting smoking.

The following is an estimation of delivery times (all order are shipped via Hong Kong).
