Vapourized, I feel that we are both quite similar. We've both been having problems. We both started smoking at a really young age and were both smoking about 2-3 a day. Also we both disliked menthol cigs, but seem to enjoy menthol E-Liquid. I'm not asking for your hand in marriage, mate. I'm just saying it's nice to have someone to relate to.
I've came to the same conclusion to be honest, mate. I've also limited myself to a maximum of 3 cigs a day, I suppose the only difference being that I'm consistently smoking the 3 a day. If I eventually smoke no cigs, great. If I never give up the 3 cigs a day, it's still great because the amount I'm smoking is next to nothing compared to what I used to.
Basically, I'm just staying positive.

The holy grail of a cig free day is nowhere near me at the minute. I've smoked for 40 plus years so to cut down to a few a day for me is nothing short of a miracle. I'm very amazed that a battery and a plastic tube filled with fluid has got me this far. So for everyone in my boat. Lets celebrate !!!!!

You know I still smoke when my disability plays up or like very occasionally at a smoker's friend's house. It's really nothing to worry about Graham....as folk have said that's 57 cigs a day you're not smoking which will make a huge difference to your wallet and your health... And I'm sure if you go to the GP in a few month's time and tell them how many you are smoking (a few a day) they won't give you a hard time if they are decent...

Well done Graham in cutting down on 57 cigs a day. The most important thing is to get to a level where you are happy with what you are doing. It's a huge achievement what you have accomplished so far and you will surly see the benefits of that. I thought it was tough coming off 20 aday! Well done mate

I totally agree with all that everyone has said and it's reassuring to know that some of you are still smoking a few a day like me. Now that I've had my rethink then I'm actually fine when I light up one of my '3 a day'. I don't feel guilty anymore which is great. I will eventually stop I have no doubt about that but at the moment the system I have in place now is working very well for me and I'm not craving for more than the 3 a day I have limited myself to. I've got a load of menthol carts coming from Vape Escape today so that should keep me happy for a good month at least in which time that means that there will be another £200 put in my 'Rewards' pot and estimated last night that I will have £800 in it by Christmas. I should be putting more than £50 a week in it as it was costing me more than £50 a week for a 60 a day habit but I'm also allowing for buying the occasional packet of JPS Blacks and vaping stuff so I think that £50 is a realistic figure. Good init!! Graham
