I understand how it is Postmodern Smoking. Moving files an databases - and then waiting for the dns changes to propogate. That's why i stopped selling the hosting and only support my existing clients now.

I'm hoping that someone knows what they're doing, but I believe that they're manually having to move everything, and there was also talk of updating the version of Magento that the site runs. We had a day and a half notice that the previous host was going to shut off the old server on Friday!

It's nerve racking times for me and out of my control, I just hope that it doesn't inconvenience too many customers in the process... and that they'll get it back up soon.
