Good Evening,
Im afraid I may have been a bit heavy handed with the end bit. I seemed to be getting a mouthful of juice, so I thought clean around the battery and around the tip, got a cotton bud and put it inside the tip trying to dry it out and whoosh, out popped a plastic do dah, now I never knew that was there, have I broken it now or can anybody tell me please where that bit of plastic is supposed to be, Im pretty desperate as I dont having a bloomin spare mouthpiece.

Its a circular bit of plastic that should be in the tip.........What ive done is pushed it back in, but was it supposed to be stuck in there or will it just stay put with me having had to put it back?

hi Mary i done the same as you, i didnt know the doo dah was there untill i started cleaning it, just replace it back on the inner tube

well ive be cleaning it for ages and never knew that was there ........thanks everybody, so, I just need to stick it back up the black part of the tip, hope so cos thats what ive done lol

I really have no idea, sorry. I don't even understand which end of the nova you are talking about.. rg Here is a picture of the parts. So starting from the left and going 1-2-3-4-5 which number did this doo-dah pop out of? Forget part 6 which is a protective silicone sleeve.

Ok it's called a O ring and it sits like this in a groove where the red one on following picture is: Doo-dah mystery solved..
