would you suggest going with one of them instead ? I take it they're just the same - charge, use, refill, use, charge... why the difference in OHM rating?

Lamda, they are a doddle to use, basically you screw on the tank thing with the mouthpiece, fill it with juice of your choice.press the button and suck at the same time.If you can take a biro apart then you can use this kit,its as simple as that. ahh, I take it the string inside of them, are wicks, and they soak up some of the juice?

Welcome #welcome2#
I just like you, tried all the methods you said and more haha, read the book and the longest I ever stopped for was six weeks.
I have been on e-cigs now just over six months.
Whatever you decide to purchase you will be fine once youve filled it a few times.

Welcome to the forum. The ego kits others have suggested should put you in good stead on your vaping journey. It has been the only thing that helped me quit smoking and now Im 6 months on too

Youre picking it up fast.Yup,charge, fill then vape.the hardest thing is chosing an e juice. As for the ohms, the higher the Ohms, the more power it will suck from your battery, but to be honest unless you go to the next level of Variable Voltage devices a mid range one will be fine.Yup the strings are wicks to allow the juice to soak up.it then passes through a coil of wire, which when you press the button it gets hot and vapourises the juice.Heres probs a better review of the ego type setup
,i would recommend at least a 900Mah or a 1100mah battery with the vision clearomisers.i guess that is what the majority of us started on.

Hi Ally, If I can make it work, I promise that you can lol! it's really as simple as filling up the clearomiser (the top see through bit!) with juice and then pressing a button on the battery (the silver/black bit at the bottom) to switch it on, there are you tube video's for everything, I even found one for how to take a perfect drag on the e-cig I think I could have worked that bit out myself, it all seems very confusing to start with but it soon as sinks in, ask lots of questions on this site, even if they seem silly, I asked every question I thought of and everyone on AAEC was really helpful and I am happily vaping and not smoking now
