OK not sure what I'm doing wrong but everything seems to be leaking atm :-( my visions are leaking into my mouth (drip tip still got o ring and I'm screwing it down) and my vivi nova is leaking from the pin at the bottom, gurgling and also leaking into my mouth! Even my rebuildable when used with tank is leaking from whistltip. What's going on?? Could it be my juice (dekang double mint) PRoblem been going on for a while tried changing heads etc and now totally at a loss. I don't want to stop vaping it as it's my all time favourite.

I am no expert so don't know the real reason. What I do know, is that all my visions leak into my mouth when I am getting near the bottom of the juice. As soon as I refill everything is then ok. Someone will be along shortly with help I'm sure.

It could be condensation from the vape gathering in the drip tip ~ and then dripping down the centre post in the vvn case.
How do you vape? Long or short draws?
If it was your juice I would have thought the silcon seals would have deteriorated at the base. ???

I sometimes get the same with my mini viva novas and what I do is, blow through the drip tip onto a tissue so that any juice inside the centre pin is forced out, then dab the bottom until it is dry. Then I take off the drip tip and dab inside the little plastic bit that sits on top of the attie head and make sure there's no juice inside the metal cap. I've found doing this works for me so hopefully it will for you too.

The thing with these type of rebuildables is that there's only 3 ways juice can get into the centre tube (other than obviously by accidentally dripping juice down there as you fill). The first is at the point where the atty head screws onto the centre tube. Check the O ring and make sure it's screwed on tight. The top cap can sometimes catch on the atty head and unscrew the atty a bit as you remove the head, so check that the head is tight each time you take the top cap off. The second is at the point where the top cap presses down on the atty head to make a seal, check that the top cap is screwed on tight. The third is at the point where the wicks exit the centre tube. Check that the little silicone 'top hat' is seated firmly on top of the head to minimise this gap
I hope this helps

Azzie it's definitely liquid as it burns my mouth and when I test it on my hand is the same consistency as liquid but thank you! Jeanie thank you for suggestion but have done all that a thousand times!!! Oneday thank you will have a look at all those three suggestions, though I've recently checked the atty heads and the wicks it won't harm to check again!

Having used the same V3r's for near on four months, and after I had almost given up on them a couple of weeks in when I first got them, I've learnt a few tricks. When filling, don't fill in line with the wick, this will give you the gurgle and require you to do a blow out, this can also result in getting some juice in your mouth. Actual technique of using them, it's hard to explain, but if you don't get this bit right, you'll suck juice, you get used to it but this is down to what I believe is 'over wicking' too much juice getting through. It's finding a balance between all the variables you can throw at them - never ever had a leak since, have had juice in my mouth on the odd occasion, and if I don't watch when I'm filling them up (worse if I go from a Nova to a V3r) I end up either over filling cotton bud at the ready for the terminal on the battery, bit of a blow out and there we have it, sorted. Very rare to experience these things these days, just fill and go, just double check everything, strip down - rebuild, unless there is physical damage or a seal gone, there has to be a straightforward explanation Best of luck!

It is true certain flavours can crack polycarbonate tanks - however, I've tried juices all labeled (WILL CRACK POLYCARBONATE - even the ones in lower case haven't cracked them) - to the point I even thought I'd best get a spare tube, which I did - never had to use it, never had a crack *touch wood* Even when I've made my V3r's look like the leaning tower of Vision - just a case of popping them back into place, trick is not sit on them or leave them in your back pocket
