Hi Shelly.
I have made multi purchases from Viking e - cigs based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, they even made delivery in person to my home the same day of my Order.
They may be `new`, but I have found them very helpful at all times.
They do not have the range that some other vendors have, but they sell good quality products.
I give them a "thumbs up" anyday.
Try them for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

However, what is known is that the constituents of E-Liquid are completely safe in themselves, those being Vegetable Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, flavourings and of course nicotine.
