I wasn't very overweight when I gave up smoking but needed to lose about 8 lb to be as I want to be, I have managed to lose 5lb since middle of October, it would have been very difficult if I wasn't vaping but if I want something sweet I vape it, now if the could just do a Pringles or salted peanuts flavour mmmmmmmm  |
