New here today , and only today decided I need to cut out the fags after many yrs of smoking before I inflict any more damage than I already have ,but need that alternative replacement, and ecig's seems to be the perfect choice for me for two reasons, 1, something to keep the hands occupied, 2, ecigs will also give me the visual efect of smoking which will be the main part of it I think for me.

ok need to go do some reading up on stuff, will be back to stick my oar in from time to time to ask about things, if you have got this far thanks for taking your time to read.
